Had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the Jewish Quarter. The value for money was excellent, especially considering the central location and the proximity to the main attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and we even had the pleasure of enjoying classical music while relaxing in our cozy double beds. The breakfast was a highlight, with a hot meal option of perfectly cooked scrambled eggs and a good variety of other dishes. We also appreciated the attention to detail, such as the inclusion of vegetarian options. All in all, a wonderful experience!
No significant improvements necessary, everything was just fine.

The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the city, as it is near the center and close to both the Old Town and Wawel Castle. Being in the heart of the action made it easy for me to visit all the attractions I wanted to see. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, including scrambled eggs. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
Some areas of the hotel, such as the furniture and soundproofing, could benefit from renovation.
